We’re conducting a search for an experiencedPractice Administratorto lead an established, high-volume ophthalmology practice in Charlotte, NC. This is a senior operational leadership role overseeing a busy11-provider practice, with responsibility for practice performance, team leadership, financial operations, and close partnership with physicians.Key Responsibilities•Lead day-to-day clinical and administrative operations•Oversee staff performance, development, and accountability•Manage budgeting, financial performance, and revenue cycle operations•Partner with physicians on operational strategy and practice growth•Maintain compliance with regulatory and payer requirementsQualifications•5+ years of medical practice leadership experience•Strong background in operations, finance, and staff management•Experience leading within a high-volume healthcare environment•Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred•Ophthalmology experience highly preferred
