Position Overview Travel Registered Nurse (RN) role supporting short‑ and long‑term assignments across Indiana, Ohio, Michigan, and Kentucky. This position requires adaptability while maintaining consistent standards of care, providing direct, quality clinical care, and serving as Team Leader to patient care staff. Key Responsibilities Lead a team of direct care providers to ensure appropriate execution of medications and treatments, documentation, family teaching, care planning, and patient care conferencing in compliance with Health Campus policies and procedures. Utilize the nursing process in delivering patient care and ensure continuity of care from admission through discharge and return to family and community. Visit residents on assigned unit daily to observe and evaluate each resident’s physical and emotional status, and notify the charge nurse, physician, and/or Director of Nursing when there is a change in a resident’s condition. Identify resident problems and emergency situations and initiate immediate lifesaving measures in the absence of a physician. Perform administrative duties such as completing medical forms, reports, evaluations, studies, charting, etc. as necessary. Qualifications Must have and maintain a current, valid state RN license. Current, valid CPR certification required. 3–5 years of relevant experience preferred. Valid and unencumbered driver's license required.
