Job Description

• Support Project Managers across all phases of construction
• Assist with budgeting, scheduling, and project coordination
• Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation
• Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams
• Participate in site visits to monitor progress and quality
• Track project costs and assist with financial reporting
• Maintain clear communication between stakeholders and field teams
• Help drive projects toward on-time and on-budget completion

The Successful Applicant

A successful Assistant Project Manager should have:

• 2-5 years of construction experience (APM, Project Engineer, or similar)
• Exposure to commercial, life sciences, or institutional projects preferred
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with construction management software is a plus
• Willingness to split time between the office and job sites
• Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
