Job Description :We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer to design, develop, and implement customized solutions within the Salesforce platform. The candidate will be responsible for developing scalable solutions, integrating Salesforce with other systems, and improving overall business processes.
Key Responsibilities Design and develop custom solutions on the Salesforce platform using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components. Customize Salesforce applications including Sales Cloud and Service Cloud. Develop and maintain Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura Components. Build integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs. Create workflows, validation rules, flows, and process automation. Perform unit testing, debugging, and deployment using Salesforce tools. Collaborate with business analysts, administrators, and stakeholders to gather requirements. Ensure data security and integrity within the Salesforce environment. Support Salesforce releases, enhancements, and bug fixes. Mandatory Skills: Strong experience in Apex programming. Experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC) Knowledge of Visualforce Experience with Salesforce Lightning Platform Experience with Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud Hands-on experience with SOQL and SOSL Experience with REST and SOAP API integrations Knowledge of Flows, Process Builder, and Workflow Rules Experience with Git or other version control systems Understanding of Salesforce security model (profiles, roles, permission sets) Experience with Salesforce deployment tools (Change Sets, DevOps tools, or CI/CD)
Preferred Qualifications Salesforce certifications such as: Salesforce Platform Developer I / II Salesforce Administrator Experience with integration tools (MuleSoft, Boomi, etc.) Knowledge of Agile development methodology Experience 3-8 years of Salesforce development experience (varies by company)
Job Description: Expectations from this role:
1. Act creatively to develop applications and select appropriate technical options. Optimize application development, maintenance and performance by employing design patterns and by reusing proven solutions, while accounting for others' developmental activities
2. Develop technical documents such as Functional Design Specifications, Deployment documentation
3. Perform design document reviews, peer code reviews and suggest code improvements
4. A single point of contact for the build and deployment issues and resolve them on time
5. Learn technology, business domain, system domain individually and as recommended by the project/account
Contribute to ERP/CRM Practice related activities for example (but not limited to) assembling content for case studies, contributing to reusability, coordinating internal seminars and conduct knowledge sharing sessions, organizing sessions during and participating in hackathons, etc.
6. Select appropriate technical options for development such as reusing, improving or reconfiguration of existing components.
7. Identify the problem patterns and improve the technical design of the application/system
8. Optimizes efficiency, cost and quality.
9. Interpret the application/feature/component design to develop the same in accordance with specifications.
10. Code, debug, test and document and communicates product/component/feature development stages.
11. Validate results with user representatives, integrates and commissions the overall solution.
12. Influence and improve customer satisfaction through things like (but not limited to) offering suggestions for code refactoring and for improvements in business processes, completing sprint deliverables ahead of time, helping client architects and product owners by way of design suggestions and/or explaining functionality to business stakeholders, etc...
13. Influence and improve employee engagement within the project teams
14. Learn and implement technology newly released features after impact analysis wherever applicable.
15. Attend industry/technology specific conferences (if applicable) and share the knowledge with the team.
16. Conduct peer reviews and demand high quality standards from the reviewed deliverables.
