What this job involves:

We are seeking a hands-on Facility Maintenance Coordinator to support daily operations through technical maintenance and administrative coordination. This role ensures optimal facility performance and exceptional client service while requiring flexibility as business needs evolve.

• Execute work orders, preventative maintenance, and service requests with minimal client disruption while conducting daily facility inspections to maintain clean, safe environments and identify potential hazards.
• Perform minor repairs on office furniture and fixtures, and schedule contractor work, tracking all projects through to completion.
• Maintain organized records using computerized maintenance management systems and support employee onboarding/offboarding processes, including seating assignments and personnel moves.
• Manage procurement activities, vendor follow-up, and maintenance documentation while replenishing office supplies and providing administrative support to the team.
• Additionally, set up and break down venues for events and conferences as needed.

• 1-2 years of experience in basic maintenance and vendor management is essential for this role.
• U.S. Citizenship and a valid driver's license are required. Candidates must demonstrate proficiency with both hand and power tools, as well as computer applications for tracking and documentation.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills are critical for coordinating with multiple stakeholders.
• The ability to work independently with minimal supervision is necessary for managing diverse daily responsibilities.
• A high school diploma or equivalent is required.

• Experience working with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) is highly valued.
• Background in preventative maintenance procedures and knowledge of systematic maintenance scheduling would be beneficial.
• Prior facilities or commercial property management experience provides additional context for understanding the broader operational environment and client expectations.
