ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I'm excited to be building my brand-new State Farm agency in 2026 with a growing team of two. Before becoming an agent, I worked as an Auto Adjuster and Quality Assurance Consultant - I've been in the insurance industry since 2006. I earned my automotive degree from Columbus State, am married with three children, and enjoy mountain biking and whitewater rafting in my free time.

Serving others has always been important to me. I'm actively involved in my church, participate in community outreach focused on the skilled trades, and conduct mock interviews at local vocational schools to help students prepare for their careers.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
Vadim Vinokur - State Farm Agent is seeking a motivated and relationship-driven professional to join our team as a Life/Health Insurance Specialist. In this role, you'll help individuals and families protect what matters most by providing personalized life and health insurance solutions.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Generate new business through networking, referrals, and lead follow-up activities.
• Conduct needs-based conversations to identify appropriate life and health insurance solutions.
• Educate clients on policy options, coverage benefits, and long-term protection strategies.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
• Review existing coverage and identify opportunities to better protect clients and their families.
• Maintain accurate client records and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Active Life & Health insurance license required.
• Previous insurance sales experience preferred.
• Proven ability to build rapport and develop lasting client relationships.
• Strong communication, presentation, and consultative sales skills.
• Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset and strong work ethic.
• Ability to explain complex insurance concepts in a clear and relatable manner.
