Internal candidates are also encouraged to apply.Spectrio is looking for an Associate Project Manager to support the planning, coordination, and execution of high-impact initiatives across the organization. This entry-level role will work closely with senior leadership to bridge strategic vision and operational execution; ensuring projects deliver within scope, timelines, and quality standards.The Associate Project Manager position offers high visibility and a clear growth path. This role will start by managing sub-projects and work streams within enterprise initiatives under direct mentorship, progressing toward end-to-end ownership of independent projects.Key ResponsibilitiesProject Support & Execution: Assist in planning, scheduling, and tracking project activities for a variety of strategic initiativesCross-Functional Alignment: Partner with departments such as Sales, Product, Operations, and Support to track project milestones and remove delivery blockersMeeting Facilitation: Lead regular stand-ups, status reviews, and planning sessions to maintain team momentum and clarityProject Documentation & Governance: Create and manage project documentation, including status reports and updates for stakeholders and ELT sponsorsWorkstream Management: Maintain project health metrics and identify and communicate potential issues or delays impacting the projectResource Tracking: Support resource allocation planning and monitor project capacity across workstreamsContinuous Improvement: Facilitate retrospectives and post-mortem evaluations to capture key lessons learned for future initiativesRequirements1-3 years project management, project coordination, or related support roleBachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field requiredExperience with MS Office / Google SuiteStrong organizational, time management, and prioritization skills with high attention to detailClear written and verbal communication skills across diverse teamsBasic understanding of project management methodologies (Agile/Scrum, Waterfall, Hybrid)Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teamsCAPM (Certified Associate in Project Management), introductory Scrum Master certification (CSM/PSM I), or other Project Management certifications preferredBenefits Built for YouRemote Work: We believe great work happens where you feel most inspired, backed by a culture that prioritizes connection, collaboration, and flexibility.
