Onsite HOA Manager

Job Overview We’re looking for an Onsite HOA Property Manager to join our team in San Jose, CA. The position is full‑time, exempt, Monday‑Friday 9‑5 PM with a salary range of $65,000–$70,350 per year. Responsibilities Conduct weekly site inspections. Coordinate with vendors providing community services. Prepare owner violation letters. Process and respond to owner complaints, maintaining records and reporting to the board. Maintain vendor work records and document for board reporting. Facilitate interactions with local authorities and governmental entities regarding the association’s operations. Identify potential violations of governing documents and bring them to the board’s attention. Prepare and maintain logs of maintenance activities. Direct maintenance crews in accordance with agent and board directions. Coordinate reservations for and upkeep of the association’s recreation room and common facilities. Conduct such other management activities as directed by the agent. Qualifications High School Diploma or GED equivalent; Bachelor’s degree desirable. Proficient in MS 365 and ADP Timekeeping.
