Production Supervisor Pay: Competitive compensation based on experience Shift: Weekend Shift Location: Tulsa, OK Professional Summary of Production Supervisor We are seeking a hands-on, experienced Production Supervisor to lead weekend manufacturing operations in a modern, climate-controlled fabrication environment. This position is highly visible on the shop floor and is responsible for ensuring safety, quality, productivity, and employee performance remain on track. The ideal candidate is a strong leader who communicates clearly, holds teams accountable, solves problems in real time, and promotes a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement. Responsibilities of Production Supervisor Lead and coordinate daily production activities in a fabrication environment Maintain a strong presence on the shop floor and address issues in real time Coach, mentor, and develop team members to improve engagement and performance Promote and enforce safe work practices and company safety standards Prioritize workflow to meet production schedules and customer commitments Monitor and maintain quality standards and production specifications Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, processes, and productivity Hold employees accountable for performance, productivity, attendance, and safety Encourage cross-training and continued employee development Foster a respectful, professional, and team-oriented work environment Collaborate with scheduling, maintenance, and management to keep production aligned Help troubleshoot production issues and implement effective solutions Support continuous improvement initiatives throughout the manufacturing operation Qualifications of Production Supervisor Previous experience in a fabrication or manufacturing environment Previous leadership experience as a Production Supervisor, Team Lead, or similar role Hands-on experience with: Laser cutting equipment Press brakes Welding operations Robotic welding systems Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, quality standards, and workplace safety Ability to motivate employees and drive results through clear expectations and accountability Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, hands-on production environment Willingness to lead from the floor and remain actively engaged with the team Preferred Experience Production Supervisor: Experience with Controlled Warehouse systems Experience with Infor ERP Experience with AS400 Experience with Paycor timekeeping/payroll systems Previous weekend or alternative-shift leadership experience Experience in a high-volume fabrication or manufacturing environment Benefits & Opportunities Competitive compensation Comprehensive benefits, including health, dental, and vision Long-term stability with a privately owned and growing company Strong opportunities for career advancement and internal promotion Supportive work environment focused on teamwork and professional development Opportunities to expand skills and take on additional responsibilities #HPTUL #J-18808-Ljbffr
