Shift: Nights, 7:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.
Hours/Week: Full-time
Employment Type: W-2, Contract
License/Certs: Current Massachusetts RN license, BLS, ACLS
Experience: 2+ years in ICU/CCU or similar critical care units
Pay & Benefits
Hourly Rate: $63.83
Pay Package: Competitive pay packages, weekly pay schedule via direct deposit

What You'll Do
- Provide expert nursing care for critically ill or unstable patients in ICU/CCU settings
- Monitor patients closely, assessing and intervening as necessary, with Q1H or more frequent assessments
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to deliver comprehensive, patient-centered treatment plans
- Assist in trauma, surgical, neuro, cardiac, and obstetric patient care
- Document patient progress accurately and in a timely manner
- Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements
- Educate patients and families about care procedures and post-discharge instructions
What You Need
Required:- Current Massachusetts RN license
- BLS and ACLS certifications
- Minimum of 2 years ICU/CCU or similar critical care experience
- Experience working with medically unstable and acutely ill patients
- Strong assessment and intervention skills
- Ability to handle fast-paced, high-pressure environments
About the Assignment This critical care unit cares for trauma, surgical, obstetric, neuro, cardiac, and medically unstable patients requiring intensive monitoring and interventions. The unit demands skilled, compassionate nurses committed to providing exceptional care for complex patients.
