Inova Fairfax Hospital is seeking a dedicated Community Health Worker (CHW) to join our team. This full-time day-shift role spans 40 hours weekly, providing advanced trauma-informed advocacy and coordinated response services for patients facing high-acuity or high-risk situations related to domestic violence and sexual abuse.
