Inventory Control Specialist Requirements/Qualifications

• Resume and interview required.
  
• 1-3 years of previous inventory control experience required.
  
• Clean background required.
  
• Drug screen after interview.
  
• Experience in inventory control and warehouse operations.
  
• Experience using SR handheld scanners.
  
• Strong counting and inventory reconciliation skills.
  
• Computer proficiency and experience with warehouse inventory systems.
  
• Forklift and material handling equipment experience preferred.
  
• Strong attention to detail and organization.
  
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
  
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  

• Scan and track inventory using handheld scanners.
  
• Perform accurate cycle counts.
  
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
  
• Maintain accurate inventory records and transactions.
  
• Enter and retrieve information using warehouse management systems.
  
• Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment as needed.
  
• Safely move, store, and retrieve warehouse materials.
  
• Support inventory accuracy and warehouse operations.
  
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  
• Follow all warehouse safety procedures and company guidelines.
