This full-time, non-exempt role focuses on handling employee relations matters, conducting investigations, and ensuring policy compliance in a fast-growing environment.
You will coordinate intake, documentation, and resolution of cases, partner with leadership and Legal, and generate reports to identify trends and mitigate risk.
