Weekly pay: $2,516–$2,741 per week
Guaranteed hours: 72 hours biweekly (excluding on-call time)
Assignment notes: Float pool position; may float to all MS Tele floors as needed. Orientation is biweekly.

Responsibilities
- Monitor and care for adults on the Med Surg Telemetry unit, including rhythm monitoring and interpretation
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered; document care in the medical record
- Assess patient status, perform frequent rounds, and respond to changes in condition
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team on care plans, discharge planning, and patient education
- Maintain telemetry documentation, ensure equipment readiness, and uphold safety and infection control standards
- Float to related MS Tele floors and overflow areas as needed to support patient census and staffing

Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse license (Massachusetts) or eligible for licensure
- Minimum 2 years of Med Surg Telemetry experience
- Current ACLS and BLS certifications
- Ability to pass a telemetry competency exam
- Onboarding includes a pass/fail ECG/Telemetry test; one attempt; passing score required
- Ability to float to similar units and overflow areas as needed
- Strong communication, critical thinking, and adaptability to a fast-paced environment
- Night-shift availability and willingness to work weekends/holidays as required
