State Farm Insurance Agent located in Chicago, IL 60634 is seeking a career-oriented team member with a positive attitude to join their team. As a State Farm team member, you will build and develop customer relationships within the community to promote State Farm products including auto, home, and life insurance.

Responsibilities:

• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, claim submissions and billing clarification.
• Learn insurance coverage to educate customers and apply to everyday scenarios.
• Seek solutions and provide options to customers.
• Use efficient communication skills to meet the needs of customers while promoting the development of the agency.

Qualifications:

• Able to obtain insurance licenses/certification.
• Proactive in problem solving.
• Able to learn computer functions.
• Ability to multi-task.
