Responsibilities: Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, claim submissions and billing clarification. Learn insurance coverage to educate customers and apply to everyday scenarios. Seek solutions and provide options to customers. Use efficient communication skills to meet the needs of customers while promoting the development of the agency. Qualifications: Able to obtain insurance licenses/certification.
