Senior Account Executive

We're looking for a Senior Account Executive to join our team in Los Angeles and play a key role in shaping the future of neuro-contextual advertising at a global scale.

Your Challenge

As a Senior Account Executive, you will:

• Identify, prioritise, and secure business opportunities.
• Drive revenue for Seedtag by seeking partnerships with various direct clients and agencies.
• Engage with advertisers of all levels, from daily account leads to senior-level executives.
• Help develop sales strategies for long-term growth.
• Liaise with internal teams on structuring and executing operational and strategic initiatives.
• Create persuasive sales presentations using market trends and case studies.
• Develop and implement best practices for client interaction, sales, and services.
• Track activity throughout all facets of the sales cycle to help guide towards important growth decisions, and measure everything through the use of Salesforce to determine those activities that are the best predictors of success.
• Lead key initiatives to drive high-impact advertising campaigns.
• Collaborate across teams to optimise processes and improve global solutions.
• Innovate by contributing creative and data-driven insights to support our growth.

What You'll Need to Succeed

• 5+ years of brand advertising, media sales, programmatic and/or online advertising experience.
• Experience covering Independent and/or HoldCo agencies.
• You are located in the Los Angeles area, an expert on the territory with an established network of decision-makers across an agency's planning and programmatic teams, and clients directly.
• Experience breaking new business, growing existing accounts and exceeding goals.
• Ability to perform well in a highly dynamic, rapidly changing environment.
• You are an educator and business consultant - connecting with clients to educate and maximise their potential.
• Stellar presenter and comfortable with executive-level interaction.
• Proactivity and a collaborative mindset to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with a passion for innovation.

Compensation

• Base Salary: $120,000 - $140,000 USD annually
• Target Bonus: $120,000 - $140,000 USD annually
• On-Target Earnings (OTE): $240,000 - $280,000 USD annually

Compensation will be determined based on factors such as skills, experience, qualifications, and business needs.
