Temporary Graphic DesignerPay Rate: $35-$39/hrStart Date: ASAPAssignment Length: 3 months with potential for extension.Location: Full-time, HYBRID schedule (3 days in-office)MUST SUBMIT PORTFOLIO OR SAMPLESWe are seeking a Temporary Graphic Designer to support the Creative team during a high-volume period, with a primary focus on Growth Marketing, Social Media, Loyalty, and key customer touchpoints.This role will help bring campaigns and customer-focused initiatives to life across paid and organic social, acquisition and retention marketing, loyalty, promotional messaging, and other digital experiences. The ideal candidate is a strong visual designer who can work quickly within an established brand system while adapting creative across multiple audiences, channels, and formats. This is a hands-on design and execution role with opportunities to contribute creatively within established campaign direction.What You'll DoDesign and execute creative for Growth Marketing, including paid social, acquisition, retargeting, and performance-driven campaignsDevelop organic and paid Social creative across multiple platforms and formatsSupport Loyalty Program campaigns, member communications, offers, events, and ongoing customer engagementCreate assets for key customer touchpoints, including acquisition, retention, loyalty, promotions, and evergreen brand messagingAdapt campaign creative across multiple sizes, placements, audiences, and digital channelsBalance strong brand storytelling with clear messaging, hierarchy, and calls to actionExecute within established brand guidelines while maintaining consistency across the customer journeyPrepare production-ready digital assets and ensure accuracy across deliverablesPartner closely with Creative, Growth, Social, Loyalty, Marketing, and Project Management teams to meet deadlinesWhat You'll Need3+ years of professional Graphic Design experienceStrong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)Experience working in Figma and CanvaStrong understanding of typography, layout, composition, and digital design systemsExperience designing for social and performance marketing channelsAbility to translate campaign concepts into multiple customer-facing executionsStrong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environmentPreferred QualificationsBackground in fashion, retail, beauty, lifestyle, or e-commerceExperience designing for Growth/Performance Marketing and paid socialExperience supporting Loyalty, CRM, retention, or customer engagement programsUnderstanding of social platform best practices and digital-first designExperience working within an established consumer brand
