Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage the scheduling of lubricant deliveries, ensuring timely and efficient service.
• Act as the primary communication liaison between drivers, customers, and internal teams.
• Monitor driver routes and provide real-time solutions to logistical challenges.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and transportation regulations.
• Maintain accurate records of all dispatch activities, including tracking delivery status and documentation.
• Utilize dispatch software and tools to optimize delivery routes and schedules.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a dispatcher in the transportation or logistics industry, preferably with a focus on lubricant distribution.
• Strong geographic knowledge, especially in the Midwest and surrounding regions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with a diverse group of individuals.
• Proficiency in dispatch software and strong computer skills.
• Ability to multitask and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility with work hours, ready to step in during various shifts as needed.
• A commitment to safety and a clean driving record.
