Job Opportunity: Speech Therapist
Our organization is looking for a dedicated Speech Therapist to deliver personalized care to patients in their homes throughout Western Colorado. This position involves a variety of responsibilities aimed at enhancing the quality of life for our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Evaluate patients for speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing challenges.
- Create and execute tailored treatment plans based on individual patient needs.
- Work closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding treatment processes.
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate records.
- Coordinate care efforts with physicians and other healthcare professionals.
- Relevant degree and licensure in Speech Therapy.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience in home health care is a plus.
This role involves traveling to various patient locations within Western Colorado, providing a unique opportunity to engage with the community and build meaningful relationships.
