Compensation & Benefits:

Estimated Rate Range: ? $ 40-50/hr, depending on experience, setting, and location

Key Responsibilities:

Evaluate patients and create individualized treatment plans

Deliver therapeutic interventions to improve function and independence

Document progress and adjust plans as needed

Educate patients, families, and caregivers on therapy goals

Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team

Provide supervision and guidance to COTAs

Qualifications:

Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program

Current VA license (or eligibility)

Passionate about improving patient quality of life

Strong communication and teamwork skills
