Registered Nurse (RN)

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. This role involves providing high-quality patient care, managing patient assessments, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal outcomes.

Role Responsibilities

Conduct thorough patient assessments and monitor vital signs.
Administer medications and treatment plans as directed by healthcare providers.
Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding treatment options and care plans.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care delivery.
Document all patient interactions and care provided in accordance with organizational standards.
Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and continuous education opportunities.

Qualifications

Current and valid Registered Nurse license.
Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred.
Previous experience in a clinical setting is highly desirable.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Basic life support (BLS) certification required; advanced certifications preferred.
