Recruiter/Sales Trainee

Job Description Aerotek is hiring an internal Recruiter/Sales Trainee for our Dayton, OH office. Are you looking to be apart of a team of driven individuals? Hours & Pay: Monday to Friday $45,000 base pay, PLUS uncapped commission Qualifications: Customer of sales focused experience Experience collaborating in a team environment Job Responsibilities: As a recruiter, you will impact both our candidates and customers by finding the right people for the right jobs Identify qualified candidates through various recruiting and sourcing tools Screen and interview candidates Build and maintain relationships with industry contacts to gain knowledge and generate referrals and sales leads About Aerotek: We know that finding work is hard, and finding meaningful work is harder.
