Job Description

You will provide foundational customer service and operational support to clients. Your main goals are to handle basic inquiries, conduct simple research, and accurately track service requests to ensure the team meets its Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

Core Responsibilities

1. Client Support & Service Delivery

• Handle Inquiries: Respond to basic customer questions and handle routine operational tasks.
• Meet Targets: Deliver service that consistently aligns with established company standards and SLAs.
• Collaborate: Work closely with team members under direct supervision to ensure high client satisfaction.

2. Research & Documentation

• Conduct Basic Research: Access public information and market resources to perform simple data analysis for client requests.
• Maintain Records: Document and track all client interactions, requests, and transactions accurately.

Job Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Skills: Basic computer literacy, effective written and verbal communication, and strong attention to detail.
• Knowledge: A basic understanding of customer service principles and client operations.
• Traits: Ability to follow instructions closely and work well within a collaborative team environment.

Annual Pay Range: 34,400 - 41,600 USD
