Match Staffing is seeking an experienced Night Shift Supervisor to support a growing manufacturing client in Spartanburg, SC. This role leads the overnight production team, maintains workflow, ensures safety compliance, and drives performance from 7 PM to 7 AM on a rotating schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Production Oversight — Manage nightly manufacturing operations to meet production targets, quality standards, and delivery timelines.

• Team Leadership — Supervise, coach, and support machine operators, material handlers, and line workers throughout the shift.

• Safety Compliance — Enforce OSHA and company safety policies; conduct nightly safety checks and incident reporting.

• Quality Control — Monitor product quality, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate corrective actions.

• Shift Reporting — Document production numbers, downtime, staffing issues, and maintenance needs.

• Training & Development — Train new hires and crosstrain existing staff to ensure operational flexibility.

• Problem Resolution — Respond quickly to equipment issues, workflow disruptions, or personnel concerns.

Qualifications

• Manufacturing Experience — Minimum 2–3 years in a production or industrial environment.

• Supervisory Background — Prior leadership experience strongly preferred.

• Strong understanding of lean manufacturing, quality standards, and safety protocols.

• Ability to lead a team in a fastpaced, highvolume environment.

• Excellent communication, decisionmaking, and conflictresolution skills.

• Ability to work 12hour night shifts on a rotating schedule.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the facility for extended periods.

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed.

• Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment with noise, machinery, and varying temperatures.
