Criminal Justice Information Center (CJIC) Training Manager In this role you will… Develop and implement formal and informal training programs, including lesson plans, instructional materials, and evaluation tools related to criminal and administrative indexing. Coordinate with DAF agencies and stakeholders to design and deliver training that ensures consistent and compliance indexing practices. Conduct virtual and in‑person training sessions, including recurring and ad hoc courses, for personnel and Indexing Compliance Managers. Integrate indexing training into existing law enforcement and legal training pipelines to enhance SME-level competency. Plan, schedule and manage training logistics, ensuring facilities and resources support multiple annual sessions and participant requirements. Other duties as assigned. Experience Requirements: Minimum5 years’ experience developing and delivering training for adult learners. Minimum3 years’ experience as a sworn law enforcement officer or other similar criminal justice experience. Demonstratedknowledge of common criminal justice system terminology and processes. Experience developing structured training artifacts:lesson plans, training guides, training aids, knowledge checks, and assessments. Demonstrated experience incorporatinglaw, policy, and proceduresinto training curricula. Experience delivering bothvirtual and in‑person training. : experience integrating training into existinglaw enforcement or legal functional courses. Education Requirements: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university is required. Security Clearance Requirements: Active Secret clearance. Other Requirements: Reports to a physical location and requires the ability to traverse between buildings 10% - 25% Travel Required May require sedentary work at least 50% of the time Must be able to regularly lift up to 50 lbs Ability to manage stress with a high degree of maturity/professionalism Demonstrated critical thinking and leadership skills and the ability to work well with others Effective verbal and written communication skills Watermark provides salary ranges with job postings in states where it is legally required; any other salary ranges associated with our postings are third party estimates and may not be an accurate reflection of Watermark’s total compensation package.
