Daytime Diagnostic Radiologist Opportunity - Flexible Tele / Hybrid Schedules!

Foundation Physicians Medical Group (FPMG) , a multi-specialty medical group aligned with Dignity Health, is seeking to add a General Radiologist to live and work in the beautiful coastal location of Santa Cruz, CA .

Open to Hybrid and fully remote schedules.

Package includes:

• Annual salary: $500k-$600k DOE with signing bonus and moving allowance
• Excellent benefits package including full health insurance, CME stipend, malpractice insurance and retirement plan
• PSLF eligible

Job Requirements

• Ability to obtain a valid and unrestricted California medical license
• Board eligible or board certified in specified area of medical specialty (ABMS or AOA)
• Completion of an accredited post-graduate training program
• Fellowship training desirable

Pay Range
$500,000 - $600,000 /year
