Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) - Make a Difference in the Lives of Others
At CHE Behavioral, we are dedicated to increasing access to mental health services and reducing the stigma of mental health conditions. As a leading multispecialty group of licensed professionals, we are seeking a talented Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) to join our team of compassionate and skilled clinicians.
About the Role:
As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with CHE Behavioral, you will have the opportunity to work with older adults in long-term care and rehabilitation centers, providing quality clinical services to improve their quality of life. Our clinicians are committed to delivering evidence-based treatments and developing personalized treatment plans to help patients achieve their individual therapeutic goals. As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) with CHE Behavioral, you will be part of a dynamic team that is dedicated to making a positive impact on the lives of others.
Responsibilities:
Provide individual and group therapy to older adults in long-term care and rehabilitation centers
Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and support
Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify mental health needs and develop effective treatment strategies
Maintain accurate and timely records of patient progress and treatment plans
Participate in peer review, quality improvement initiatives, and professional development activities
