Qualifications and Preferred Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current state licensure (or eligibility) as an SLP
• Prior experience in a school setting or with pediatric populations highly desirable
• Strong understanding of assessment, intervention, and IEP processes
• Excellent interpersonal skills for effective communication with students, families, and colleagues
• Ability to adapt therapy to individual student needs

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments for elementary students
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in alignment with IEP goals
• Deliver direct therapy services targeting a range of communicative challenges
• Document progress and maintain accurate records in accordance with district requirements
• Collaborate actively with teachers, parents, and support staff to promote student success
• Participate in IEP meetings and provide expert recommendations as part of the educational team
