Job Summary:
Outpatient Physical Therapist in Beaverton, Oregon. This position involves providing outpatient therapy services at a designated facility. The role requires delivering patient care during daytime shifts, adhering to clinical protocols, and collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Job Details:
- Schedule: Day shift, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week
- Required Qualifications: Valid active Physical Therapist license, graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy program, location within the United States, and 0 years of experience or more
- Specialty: Physical Therapist Outpatient (PT OP)
- Address: 14603 SW Teal Blvd, Beaverton, OR, 97007
- Additional Information: Float rotation is not required. Start date is 07/27/2026. Credentialing requirements include experience in setting. Equipment will be provided during the interview. On-call responsibilities are not included. Billing cycle is weekly. Notice period is 30 days. Parking will be provided on the first day. Dress code will be provided on the first day.
