Staff Accountant

Looking for an accounting role where you'll have exposure to the full accounting cycle and the opportunity to grow your career? We're seeking a Staff Accountant to join a collaborative accounting team supporting a fast-paced financial environment.

Responsibilities Include:

• Prepare and post journal entries
• Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts
• Perform bank, credit card, and balance sheet reconciliations
• Assist with month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close
• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
• Prepare ACH, wire, and check payments
• Support financial statement preparation and reporting
• Maintain fixed asset and prepaid expense schedules
• Assist with audits and compliance requirements
• Support payroll accounting and reconciliations
• Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes and efficiencies

What We're Looking For:

• 1-3 years of accounting experience
• Strong general ledger and reconciliation skills
• AP/AR experience
• Proficiency with Excel and Microsoft Office
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
