Registered Nurse – Acute Care

Shift: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM

Contract Length: 8 weeks

Guaranteed Hours: 48.00

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN): Preferred
• Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice: Required
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved vendor: Required
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS): Required
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS): Required
• Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP): Required
• At least two years of recent experience in the field: Required
• Recent EPIC experience within the last 12 months: Required

Roles & Responsibilities

• Deliver coordinated nursing care for assigned patients according to established standards of care.
• Supervise and direct the activities of nursing staff and coordinate care with interdisciplinary teams.
• Collect and analyze relevant patient health data to develop and implement care plans.
• Evaluate patient progress and modify care plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure safe and compassionate care.
• Provide education and learning opportunities for patients and team members.
