CNC Milling Setup and Process Specialist

Durex Industries is actively hiring CNC milling professionals and offering up to a 1,000 dollar sign-on bonus.A day in the lifeYou arrive to a clean, fast-paced floor, power up a Haas, Okuma, or Doosan VMC, and review the work order and blueprint. You load tools, set work offsets, verify programs, and cut first-piece parts. With micrometers and calipers in hand, you confirm dimensions to print, make precise edits to G-code and M-code when needed, then document results and keep production flowing. Throughout the day, you collaborate with teammates, assist with scheduling priorities, and look for ways to improve cycle time and part quality.What you will doSet up and run close-tolerance jobs on milling and, when needed, turning centers following work orders, routers, and engineering blueprints.Interpret drawings, samples, and manuals to install tooling, fixtures, and computerized instructions.Inspect parts using precision metrology and perform quality and operational checks.Accurately complete sign-offs, logs, and production reports.Troubleshoot issues, optimize feeds and speeds, and support continuous improvement.Pitch in on additional tasks as required; based on experience, help train operators, coordinate workflow, support scheduling, manage materials, and lead team efforts.What you bringHigh School Diploma or GED preferred.Ability to read calipers, micrometers, indicators, an edge finder, and complex blueprints.Hands-on experience with CNC controls, cutting tools, deburring, and handling parts to customer specs.Independent, safety- and quality-minded, organized, and detail-focused.Clear communicator with coworkers, other departments, and leadership; takes ownership of decisions and their impact.Technical fluencyGD&TEquipment troubleshooting and CNC toolingCNC programming fundamentalsG-code and M-codeMachine setup and changeover for production runsPrecision measurement and hand metrologyMachine geometry and alignmentMachines and technologies you will useCNC Mill, 3 to 4 axis VMC: Haas, Okuma, DoosanCNC Mill, 5 plus axis VMC: HaasCNC Lathe, 5 plus axis: OkumaIf you are energized by precision work and continuous improvement, you will thrive here on first shift and be rewarded for your impact. #J-18808-Ljbffr Torrey Holistics
