Requirements *Please note there are multiple locations in WI and clients prefer to cross credential to allow for additional coverage opportunities* Number of FTE Open: 3 Coverage Details: • Coverage needed per month 24hr / hourly shifts / shifts call etc: 5x8 per week no call or weekends • Frequency of any Call needed: NA • Start and End Date: 11/2/26 – 5/2/26 with option to extend • Schedule Details: start / end times days of the week etc: Monday-Friday 8a-5p with hour unpaid lunch Work Details: Support staff: radiation therapist oncology RN onsite med/surg oncologists palliative support team Department Description: clinic Patient Volume: 5-10 per day Patient Age Group: adult-geri EMR/Documentation System: EPIC with Aria platform Special Procedures/Unit Details: new patient consults follow ups OTV lab review toxicity assessment. Case types include breast prostate CNS head and neck lung GI/GU skin palliative/emergent spinal cord compression brain metastases SVC syndrome. Procedures include CT simulation CT planning 3D conformal planning IMRT VMAT IGRT Requirements: Provider type: MD/DO Board Certifications Req’d: BC in rad onc required Fellowship Req’d: Not required State Licenses Req’d: May consider IMLC Certifications Req’d: BLS Specific Skills Req’d: new patient consults follow ups OTV lab review toxicity assessment. Case types include breast prostate CNS head and neck lung GI/GU skin palliative/emergent spinal cord compression brain metastases SVC syndrome. Procedures include CT simulation CT planning 3D conformal planning IMRT VMAT IGRT CSR Req’d: N DEA Req’d: Y Minimum Experience Req’d # of years: 1-2 years Credentialing/Privileging Timeframe: 60 days Are you willing to license: IMLC may be considered Which travel is billable airfare / hotel / rental car / mileage / etc: airfare 1 checked bag lodging rental with gas OR mileage for personal vehicle Preferred hotels/lodging in the area: Nothing specific recommended.
