This position provides strategic oversight of the project management team, ensuring the company's project portfolio is planned, financially optimized, and effectively managed throughout the full project lifecycle.This senior leadership role requires extensive heavy civil construction experience and a proven track record of leading complex projects. The successful candidate brings sound judgment, makes confident decisions in fast-paced environments, and demonstrates strong operational and financial discipline.
