This role collaborates closely with relationship banking staff, legal departments, and external counsel to confirm that all loan terms and conditions are properly documented and protects the bank’s interests.## ## Key duties include:## ## Determining required documentation, coordinating loan closings, ensuring due diligence, auditing existing loan files, and recommending improvements to procedures and operational controls.## ## The specialist also supports training new team members and serves as a resource for complex transactions, utilizing in-depth knowledge of banking processes and legal requirements to achieve departmental goals.## ## The successful candidate will have experience with:* ## Laser Pro legal documentation software or similar application in the financial or legal industry* ## ACBS, IBS, FIS are helpfulSalary Range:$52,800 - 79,200 USD*Salary range is a good faith estimate of base pay.
