Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Hold or eligible for SLP-CCC or CFY designation
• Valid state licensure for practice in school settings
• Previous experience or strong interest in serving diverse K-12 caseloads
• Excellent interpersonal skills and professional communication abilities
• Ability to work effectively with students, staff, and families in an educational environment

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive speech and language assessments and therapy for students
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each student’s needs
• Collaborate closely with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Maintain clear, timely documentation and progress reports
• Support the development of communication skills to enhance students’ academic and social success
