Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

What we’re looking for:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
- Current SLP-CCC credential or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- State licensure or ability to obtain prior to start date
- Experience in a school setting working with K-12 students is preferred
- Strong organizational, communication, and documentation skills
- Ability to assess, diagnose, and treat communication and swallowing disorders
- Commitment to collaborative, student-focused service delivery
Your responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech-language therapy to students from kindergarten through twelfth grade
- Conduct speech/language screenings and comprehensive evaluations
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) in partnership with multidisciplinary teams
- Deliver therapy using a variety of techniques appropriate to individual student needs
- Document progress and maintain timely, accurate records in compliance with school and state standards
- Consult with teachers, administrators, and families to maximize student achievement
- Attend and participate in IEP meetings and staffings as needed
