Title
Registered Nurse - Intermediate Care Unit

Schedule
Shift: Nights (may include 3x12 or 4x12)
Weekend requirement: Every other weekend

Assignment Details
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours/week for 3x12; 48 hours/week for 4x12

Requirements
- License: Current RN license
- Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year RN experience
- EMR: EPIC

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide patient care in an Intermediate Care/Telemetry/Stepdown setting.
- Monitor cardiac telemetry and interpret complex rhythms.
- Manage post-MI and post-cardiac catheterization care.
- Provide nursing interventions for adult patients post-ICU transfer.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient recovery.
- Maintain accurate documentation and patient assessments.

Compliance / Notes
- Drug screening and background checks may be required.
- Orientation: 24 hours
- Parking: Free
- Scrub color: Navy
- Maximum time off: 7 days (approval required for more); no new RTO after submission.
