This role ensures a smooth, compliant, and supportive intake experience by conducting assessments, facilitating onboarding processes, and setting the foundation for successful treatment engagement. You will partner closely with clinical and cross-functional teams to ensure members understand program expectations, their rights, and their individualized treatment pathway from day one. This role is ideal for someone who:Thrives in a fast-paced, mission-driven environmentIs highly organized and detail-orientedHas strong interpersonal and assessment skillsIs passionate about behavioral health and helping individuals succeedCan balance empathy with accountabilityWhat You'll Be Responsible For:Conduct comprehensive intake assessments and document appropriate diagnosesComplete individualized treatment plans aligned with member goalsFacilitate all intake paperwork, consents, and admission documentationEducate members on program expectations, policies, rights, and responsibilitiesEnsure compliance with confidentiality, regulatory, and program requirementsProvide orientation to all new admits within required timeframesCollaborate with clinical staff to ensure seamless member transitions into careCommunicate program details including services, schedules, grievance processes, and expectationsSupport member understanding of treatment compliance and available resources (including dual diagnosis services)Maintain accurate records within electronic health record systemsMeet established KPIs focused on member care, engagement, and intake timelinessParticipate in ongoing clinical supervision and required continuing educationWhat Success Looks Like:Members experience a clear, welcoming, and well-organized intake processIntake documentation is accurate, compliant, and completed on timeStrong collaboration with clinical teams ensures seamless handoffsMembers demonstrate understanding of program expectations and engagement in treatmentConsistent achievement of intake KPIs and quality standardsPositive feedback from members and internal teamsWhat We're Looking For:Master's degree in Social Work or related fieldMinimum of 4 years of experience in behavioral health, including intake assessments and treatment planningStrong communication, organizational, and critical thinking skillsExperience with motivational interviewing and client engagementAbility to work both independently and as part of a teamExperience working with dual diagnosis populations (preferred)Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, evolving environment (preferred)Strong commitment to member-centered care (preferred)Must be 21 years of age or olderAbility to pass background check, drug screening, and TB testingWhy You'll Love Working Here:We take care of the people who take care of others.
