Physical Therapist
MLR Healthcare is seeking a compassionate and skilled Physical Therapist to join our dynamic team in Illinois. This is an excellent opportunity for both new graduates and experienced professionals to make a positive impact on patients' lives in a supportive and innovative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' physical abilities and rehabilitation needs.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient.
- Provide hands-on therapy to help patients achieve their rehabilitation goals.
- Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting care plans as necessary.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient care.
- Educate patients and their families on treatment protocols and preventive care.
Qualifications:
- Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.
- Current Illinois state license to practice as a Physical Therapist.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in inpatient or outpatient settings is preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply.
