Ruby is an all-day brunch concept open for Breakfast and Lunch Only! Make your money and be home in time for dinner! Job Summary: Wash and clean tableware, pots, pans, and cooking equipment. Keep the dish room and equipment clean and organized What does it take to be a Ruby Krewe Member? A firm belief that butter and bacon make everything better! No restaurant experience needed Wash and clean tableware, pots, pans, and cooking equipment Keep the dish room and equipment clean and organized – load, run, and unload dish machine Keep the dish machine clean and report any functional or mechanical problems immediately and maintain all safety standards Be able to work in a hot, wet, humid and loud environment for long periods of time Be physically able to lift, reach, bend, and stoop Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 10 hours) Be able to safely lift bags, cases, and stacks weighing up to 50lbs frequently Other Duties: Please note that this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties, or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
