Cafeteria Cook

Our client is seeking a dedicated Cook Helper to join their team. As a Cook Helper, you will be an essential part of the culinary team supporting food preparation and kitchen operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, teamwork, and a strong work ethic, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Cook Helper

Location: Wrightstown, NJ

Pay Range: $21.02

Shift: Am : 4:30am - 12pm OR PM: 11:15am - 6:45pm

What's the Job?

• Procure items from storeroom or refrigerator as needed to support kitchen operations
• Assist in food preparation and seasoning of various cuts of meat, poultry, and fish
• Make gravies, soups, sauces, rolls, and other culinary items
• Clean and sanitize food contact and non-food contact surfaces to ensure safety and hygiene
• Support other tasks as needed to maintain efficient kitchen workflow

• Some experience working with food
• Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
• Good teamwork and communication skills
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks
