The ideal candidate will haveademonstrated proficiency in managing high volume banquet operationsand possessan inventive culinary vision, capableofoverseeing both in-houseand external catering events with finesse. Responsibilities: Leadand motivate the banquet kitchen team toachieve culinary excellence. Create innovativeand enticing menus for diverse events, tailored to client preferencesand contemporary gastronomic trends. Work in concert with the sales team to personalize menusand guarantee the flawless executionofevents. Maintain the utmost standards in food preparation, presentation,and delivery. Effectively manage foodand labor costs to enhance profitability. Enforce strict kitchen healthand safety protocols in line with regulations. Mentorand develop kitchen staff, encouraging personaland professional development. Supervise inventory levelsand the procurementofhigh-quality ingredients. Collaborate with the Executive Chef to ensure banquet services complement the hotel’s overall culinary strategy. Tactfullyaddressand resolveany guest issues with professionalismand grace. Requirements: Adegree in culinaryarts or equivalent experience inahigh-end hotel or catering setting. Aminimumof5 yearsofexperience in banquet operations, includingat least 3 years inaleadership capacity. Comprehensive knowledgeofdiverse cooking methodsand kitchen operations. Outstanding leadership, communication,and organizationalabilities. Competent in managing multiple events simultaneously, withacuteattention to detail. Flexibleavailability, including nights, weekends,and holidays. In-depth understandingoffood safetyand hygiene regulations. Skilled in financial management, including budgetingand cost control.
