Civil Litigation & Employment Attorneys (Multiple Roles Across California)

Locations: Los Angeles (Primary) | San Francisco | Sacramento | Orange County | Remote (Labor & Employment)

Position Types: Full-Time | Associate Attorney to Senior Attorney / Partner-Track

License Requirement: Active license in good standing with the State Bar of California (Mandatory)

Compensation: DOE - competitive compensation from 150K to 300K + bonuses & partnership opportunities

Immediate Practice Area Openings

We are actively recruiting across several key litigation and transactional disciplines, with a high-priority emphasis on Plaintiff Employment Law :

• Plaintiff Employment Law (Top Priority): Representing employees in single-plaintiff, class action, and PAGA claims involving wage-and-hour violations, wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, and retaliation.

• Labor & Employment (Defense & Advisory): Counseling employers or litigating employment disputes. 100% Remote options are available for CA-licensed attorneys practicing in this area.

• Civil Litigation: Managing cases from intake through resolution, including pleadings, discovery, motion practice, depositions, and trial preparation.

• Pre-Litigation: Managing high-volume pre-suit files, evaluating claims, negotiating settlements, and preparing cases for initial filing.

• Personal Injury: Handling plaintiff or defense claims involving catastrophic injury, premises liability, and auto negligence.

• General Liability: Defense of complex torts, property damage, and commercial liability matters.

• Construction Defect: Representing developers, general contractors, subcontractors, or property owners in multi-party construction defect claims.

• Other practice areas are also growing, including workers' compensation, environmental law, commercial liability

Locations & Work Modalities

• In-Office & Hybrid: On-site and flexible hybrid arrangements available in Los Angeles, San Francisco, Sacramento, and Orange County .

• Fully Remote: Select Labor & Employment roles offer total remote flexibility from anywhere within the United States, provided you maintain an active California bar license.

Core Qualifications

• Licensure: Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an ABA-accredited law school and active membership in good standing with the State Bar of California.

• Experience: Open to varying levels, generally requiring 2+ years of substantive legal experience within the designated practice area.

• Skills: Strong legal research, analytical, and draftsmanship skills; confidence taking and defending depositions; and a history of effective client communication.

• Drive: A proactive work ethic, strong organizational skills, and a commitment to professional excellence.
