Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients' needs and capabilities, taking into consideration their medical history, physical assessments, and specific rehabilitation goals.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on evaluation findings, which may include exercises, manual therapy, and the use of modalities to enhance healing.
• Educate patients and their families about their conditions, treatment options, and strategies for promoting ongoing health, ensuring alignment with their recovery goals.
• Regularly assess patient progress and adapt treatment plans as necessary, documenting findings and outcomes accurately in our electronic health record systems.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals such as orthopedic surgeons and primary care providers to optimize patient care.
• Supervise and mentor physical therapy aides and students as required, contributing to their development and learning experience.

Compensation and Benefits
