Client Overview Our client is a leading company in the product development and design industry, known for leveraging advanced technology to streamline workflows. The organization values precision and collaboration to deliver high-quality products. They are currently looking to add a Centric PLM Design Assistant to their team. Salary/Hourly Rate $25/hr - $30/hr Position Overview Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Centric PLM Design Assistant to support the Product Development and Design teams by managing accurate product data and PLM administration. This role focuses on maintaining product information within the Centric PLM system, ensuring data integrity and supporting team workflows. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and excels at multitasking. Responsibilities Of The Centric PLM Design Assistant
- Enter and maintain product information within Centric PLM.
- Create, update, and manage product descriptions and specifications.
- Upload, download, organize, and maintain product files within the Centric platform.
- Ensure product data is accurate, complete, and up to date.
- Support design and product development teams with PLM-related administrative tasks.
- Maintain digital product records and documentation.
- Assist with seasonal product setup and data management as needed.
- Follow established processes to ensure data integrity and consistency.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to facilitate smooth product lifecycle management.
- Monitor and report on data quality issues to relevant stakeholders.
- Required experience with Centric PLM.
- Strong data entry and administrative skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Familiarity with product lifecycle management best practices.
- Previous experience supporting Design, Product Development, Merchandising, or Production teams is a plus.
- Experience with digital asset management systems.
- Knowledge of product development processes in fashion or consumer goods industries.
- Ability to troubleshoot PLM system issues and suggest improvements.
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Design, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Relevant certifications in PLM or data management are a plus.
