Contract | Full-Time | Onsite | Day Shift | Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (or 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM) | No Call

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct segments of physical therapy treatment programs designed to restore and improve physical, social, and mental functions
• Meet established department objectives while delivering high-quality patient care
• Serve as co-leader in an interdisciplinary approach to patient group treatment
• Assess and monitor patient progress throughout the course of treatment

Required Qualifications

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree required if licensure was obtained on or after January 2016, or foreign equivalent
• Active Physical Therapy licensure in the state of practice
• Basic Life Support (BLS, HS-BLS, or RQI BLS) certification from an approved vendor
• Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Minimum of two years of Physical Therapy experience
• Experience in an outpatient physical therapy setting
