Key Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct segments of physical therapy treatment programs designed to restore and improve physical, social, and mental functions
• Meet established department objectives while delivering patient-centered care
• Serve as co-leader in an interdisciplinary approach to patient groups

Required Qualifications

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree required for those who obtained licensure on or after January 2016, or foreign equivalent
• Active Physical Therapy licensure in state of practice
• Basic Life Support (BLS, HS-BLS, or RQI BLS) certification from an approved vendor
• Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification per applicable policy

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Two or more years of Physical Therapy experience
