Core Responsibilities
- Community Meme Interaction & In-group Activation Actively engage and lead conversations inside Telegram/Discord community groups. Post meme-related threads, share trending crypto memes, launch meme-themed discussions, respond to community members, spark casual debates around market trends and internet culture, and keep the group atmosphere lively on a daily basis.
- Community Atmosphere & Persona Maintenance Represent the community with a fun, recognizable persona. Continuously drop meme content, funny market jokes and trending internet snippets inside groups to boost member stickiness, increase group activity and retain active community users.
- Meme Challenge & Group Event Organization Plan and run light-weight in-group activities: meme challenges, topic polls, trend reposts, meme caption contests and casual daily interactions. Encourage members to post their own creations, drive organic user participation and fuel community growth.
- Trend Capturing & Real-time Topic Output Track crypto market hot topics, viral meme templates, Web3 slang and internet trends. Source relevant meme materials and start timely discussions within community groups, iterate your talking style to match global community users’ taste.
- AI-assisted Meme Material Preparation Use AI tools to prepare meme assets, simple graphics, talking points and discussion prompts for group chats. Conduct manual check to ensure tone consistency and fit the community style.
- Compliant Community Management All discussions and shared content must be objective, positive and fully compliant. Strictly avoid profit promises, misleading investment advice and false claims. Focus purely on community entertainment, meme culture exchange and casual social interaction.
