Are you looking to join a dynamic team in the construction industry? Da Brothers Contractors LLC is seeking a skilled Estimator to join our team in Keene, NH. As an Estimator, you will play a crucial role in our company's success by providing accurate estimates for our residential and commercial projects. If you are detail-oriented, have a passion for construction, and enjoy working in a collaborative environment, we want to hear from you!
Daily Responsibilities:
- Prepare accurate take-offs and estimates for construction projects
- Create and submit submittals for approval
- Develop punch out lists for project completion
- Assist with pre-construction activities
- Manage change orders and scope development
Required Skills:
- Experience in residential construction projects
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365
- Knowledge of construction documentation and project controls
- Strong understanding of structural design and building construction
- Ability to read and interpret arcitectural drawings
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience with computers and estimating programs
- Previous experience with bidding and project execution
- Familiarity with Request For Information (RFI) process
Salary and Benefits:
- Salary: $65,000.00 - $80,000
- Salary is dependant on years of experiance, knowledge of estimating and ability to close jobs.
